Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to Pocket Keep: Mini Defense (the "Game"), a tower defense strategy game published by Tripsoft Global Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). The Game is a mini game that runs entirely inside TikTok through TikTok Minis. This Policy covers the Game only. TikTok's own handling of your information is described in the TikTok Privacy Policy.

1. How the Game works with TikTok

The Game runs inside the TikTok app. TikTok provides sign-in, advertising, sharing and related platform features. TikTok processes information about how you use the Game (such as device information and usage data) under its own policies. We do not operate our own servers for the Game and do not have access to most of that platform-level data.

2. Information stored by the Game

• Game progress and settings. Your current level, completed levels, gold, boosts and revives, reward and mission status (for example, whether you claimed a Sidebar or Add to Home reward), and your sound and vibration preferences. This information is stored on your device so you can continue where you left off. It is not sent to us. If you clear TikTok's data or uninstall TikTok, it may be lost.
• Sign-in. The Game may ask TikTok to sign you in so that platform features work. We do not create a separate account for you and we do not receive your TikTok password.

3. Information we do not collect

We do not directly collect or store your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone data, payment information, or any account or password specific to the Game.

4. Advertising

The Game shows ads, including rewarded ads that give you gold, boosts and revives. Ads are served through TikTok's advertising network. Data used to deliver and measure those ads, such as device identifiers and usage information, is handled by TikTok under its own policies. We do not use your information for ad targeting and we do not sell your personal information.

5. Sharing

When you tap a share button, the Game prepares a message (for example, your current level) that you can send through TikTok. Nothing is shared unless you choose to share it.

6. How we use information

To the extent we receive any technical or aggregated, non-identifying information through TikTok, we use it only to operate, maintain and improve the Game, fix errors, and comply with TikTok's platform requirements and applicable law.

7. Children

The Game is intended for people who meet the minimum age required to use TikTok in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your choices

Because your progress is stored on your device, you can remove it by clearing the Game's data in TikTok or by uninstalling TikTok. You can manage ad and privacy settings in your TikTok app. If you have a question about your information, or want to exercise rights you have under applicable law (such as access or deletion), email us at tiktokgame@tripglobal.io.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to play the Game after an update means you accept the updated Policy.
