Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Tripsoft Global Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") for your use of Pine & Plank: Idle Sawmill (the "Game"), an idle sawmill management game that runs inside TikTok through TikTok Minis. By playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not play the Game.

1. Using the Game

• The Game is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• You must meet the minimum age required to use TikTok in your country, and you must follow the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If these Terms conflict with TikTok's terms on a matter involving the TikTok platform, TikTok's terms control for that matter.
• We may change, update, suspend or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time, with or without notice.

2. Your account and progress

The Game does not have its own account system. It relies on TikTok for sign-in and platform features. Your progress, coins, boosts and offline earnings and reward status are stored on your device (see our Privacy Policy). Clearing TikTok's data, uninstalling TikTok or changing devices may delete your progress. We are not responsible for lost progress.

3. Rewards and virtual items

• Rewards and items in the Game, such as coins, boosts and offline earnings (including rewards for watching ads, using the Sidebar, or adding the Game to your home screen), are virtual items with no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred.
• Rewards depend on TikTok features working and on you meeting the conditions shown in the Game. We may correct or remove rewards granted by error, bug or abuse.
• We may change reward amounts and conditions at any time.

4. Advertising

The Game shows ads served through TikTok. Rewarded ads are optional. Watching an ad to the end is required to earn the reward. We do not control the content of ads and are not responsible for advertisers or the products they promote.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• cheat, use bots, scripts, modified clients or any tool that gives an unfair advantage or interferes with the Game;
• exploit bugs, tamper with stored data or try to claim rewards you have not earned;
• copy, decompile, reverse engineer, modify or distribute the Game or its content, except as the law allows;
• interfere with or disrupt the Game or the TikTok platform;
• use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates the rights of others.

We may remove progress or rewards, or limit your access, if you break these rules.

6. Intellectual property

The Game, including its software, design, graphics, text, sounds and brand, belongs to Tripsoft Global Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Game for its intended purpose. All other rights are reserved.

7. Sharing

If you use a share feature, you are responsible for what you share. Do not share anything unlawful, harmful or that you do not have the right to share.

8. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that the Game will be compatible with every device. Some places do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of these may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Tripsoft Global Ltd. and its directors, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress or virtual items, arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game, which is zero because the Game is free to play. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may stop playing at any time. We may suspend or end your access to the Game at any time if you break these Terms or if we discontinue the Game. Sections that by their nature should continue (including 5, 6, 8, 9 and 11) survive termination.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tripsoft Global Ltd. is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence give you the right to bring claims elsewhere.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to play the Game after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
